Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. New condition means we can return it to the shelf and sell it as a new product in its original unopened packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, Invoice number, or Order Number.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@trofeokarting.com or call 720-936-3040 If your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you feel your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 2 days. Do not discard the original packing materials. We will need photos of the box and packing in order to file a claim with the shipping company.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as special order items, custom products, or electrical items. Tires, sale items, closeouts, Chassis, complete karts, used items, and digital items like gift cards cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for oils or chemicals. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, closeouts, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
